Funding

• Fundings (Grants)

  • See a list of all Fundings

  • See details for a specific Funding

  • Create new Funders (ASES, ASSETS, 21CCLC, etc.)

  • Create new Fundings

• Awards

  • See a list of all Awards under a specific Funding

  • See performance of a specific Award.

  • See details/configuration of a specific Award

  • See information about the School a specific Award is assigned to.

  • Create a new Award for a School

  • Assign an Agency to an Award with a specific Agency Rate

  • Update annual Award Details such as Award Amount and State Rate

Schools

• See the list of all Schools served by LAUSD

• See information specific to a School

• See the list of Activities currently offered in a School

  • See the performance of an Activity in a School between all the different scheduled sessions of that Activity

  • See the list of all scheduled sessions of an Activity in a School

    • See performance of a specific session of an Activity

    • See details/configuration of a specific session of an Activity

    • See the roster Students currently ENROLLED in a specific session of an Activity

• See all Awards (Grants) currently currently active under a School

Students (Only Role 4)

• Search for a Student currently registered and served by an Agency from any location (schools)

• • See the list of Students by the School where the students will attend the BTB Program under (Not necessarily where the student goes to school on a daily basis)

• • See profile information for a specific Student

  • See the list of Parents or Legal Guardians of a specific Student

  • Add temporary authorized people responsible for a Student

  • See the list of all different Activity Sessions a Student is enrolled in

    • Remove a Student from an Activity Session

  • See the history of a Student (the list of all check-in, check-out and transfer transactions)

Agencies

• See the list of all Agencies (Providers) of BTB Program

• Add new Agencies

• See details of a specific Agency

• See the list of all Schools served by an Agency

Staff

• Search for a particular Staff serving under BTB Program

• See the list of all Staff assigned to a specific School
