Overview
The BTB application is developed for LAUSD Beyond the Bell Management team and all of the Internal and External Agencies (providers) to help with BTB’s After School Education System day to day management. This is a guide for Beyond the Bell Users specifically for Agencies (Providers) and their Staff Members.
Agency Roles in BTB
Agencies or Providers will have 4 different roles with specific privileges. The following table shows the difference in given privileges between each role within a BTB Agency (Provider).
NOTE:
Please note that Roles 6 and 7 do NOT have access to the Mobile App since that application is solely used by roles 8 and 9 members.
