## Funds, Funders, and Awards Overview

### Funds and Funders

Funds and Funders are the fundamental of the BTB Application. Funders provide Funds to LAUSD in smaller portions called Awards. Some Funders like 21CCLC or ASSETS provide multiple Funds with different COHORTS and Grant IDs. For example:

> **21CCLC** (Funder) provides a portion (Award) of **19-14349-6473-10A** (Fund), with **COHORT** **10A,** to the school, **19th Street El.**

> **107th St. El.** has been provided a portion (Award) of19-23939-6473-EZ (Fund) by ASES (Funder)  

### Awards

Each Award is a portion of a Fund assigned to 1 and only 1 school. Then an Agency, Internal or External, will be responsible for serving that Award in the school.
