As an Internal Team Member, with roles 1-5, you can:
See and update Contact Information of a Staff if necessary
Review Staff Certification List managed by the agency he or she works for.
NOTE:
BTB Internal Team members can NOT edit the certificates added for a particular Staff. But they have access to managing the list of certificates required for a staff.
Go to Admin > Certification Types to Review and edit that list
Agency Staff members with Roles 8 and 9 must have an active certificate, for ALL and every certification types available in the system, in order to be in compliance and a Staff member needs to be in compliance in order to work with students and use the Mobile Application for taking attendance.
Some certificates are issued and required only once. But other certificates have an expiration date and it is imperative that staff will acquire a new certificate before the existing one expires.
Here you can see all Clubs (Groups) a Staff is assigned to
Here you can see the list of all Student Check-ins and Check-outs performed by the staff member
