Agencies
Agencies Section is only visible to the BTB Internal team to enable management of Agencies or Providers.
In this section of the application you can:
See the list of all Agencies (Providers) of BTB Program
Add new Agencies
Review details of a specific Agency and/or update those details
See the list of all Schools served by an Agency
New Agency
Creating new agency is done by clicking on Create Agency button on the top right.
Once the "New Agency" panel opens you can go ahead and enter the information for the new Agency:
NOTE:
Agency ID: the internal ID given to providers or agencies by the Internal Team at the time of contract
External Agency: If the new agency is external, you are required to enter a default Agency Rate for the new Agency.
The Default Agency Rate: This rate is just a default rate and it's not used in any calculations as is. Once an external agency is assigned to an Award, then the default rate is given only as a default value for the Agency Rate of that specific Award. The user will always have the option of changing this number when the Agency is assigned to an Award.
